Day Groups

A private meeting room is provided to groups as per their requirements, equipped AV equipment and flipcharts.

Additional rooms can be booked for an extra fee, subject to availability.

The day delegate rate includes a 2 course lunch and refreshments, and is applicable for bookings from 9am to 4pm.

Shorter meetings can also be booked, subject to availability.

Booking Process

Arrange a Date

Contact the admin team to discuss your requirements and find a suitable date.

Deposit & Booking Form

A completed booking form and deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Deposits are £50 for day groups of up to 15 people and £100 for groups larger than 15.

Final Numbers & Dietary Requirements

To ensure a smooth booking process, we kindly request a final confirmation of number of guests, their names, access, and dietary requirements at least 2 weeks before the booking date.

If you have any last-minute changes, please contact our admin team, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Balance

Please settle the remaining balance within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.

To help us keep our costs low, would appreciate it if you could pay by BACs or cheque whenever possible.
