Groups bookings include private use of a meeting room, meals and refreshments during your stay along with accommodation for your guests.

We have 16 single en-suite bedrooms, 2 twin en-suite bedrooms (DDA compliant), 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with shared bathroom & The Halfpenny Suite - A self contained unit with double bed, bathroom and small sitting area.

Extra meeting rooms can be booked for an additional fee subject to availability.

Booking Process

Arrange a date

Contact the admin team to discuss your requirements and find suitable dates.

Booking Form & Deposit

A completed booking form and deposit of £100/night is required in order to confirm the booking.

Delegate's Details

To ensure a smooth booking process, we kindly request a final confirmation of number of guests, their names, access, and dietary requirements at least 2 weeks before the booking date.

If you have any last-minute changes, please contact our admin team, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Balance

Please settle the remaining balance within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.

To help us keep our costs low, would appreciate it if you could pay by BACs or cheque whenever possible.

Tariff

Include en-suite accommodation and use of meeting room and facilities during your stay, along with and continental breakfast, two course lunch & three course dinner per 24hrs.

Dividing doors split space into two smaller spaces.
