About the event
Mike is a ‘natural voice’ practitioner and experienced song leader who uses music from across the world that is sung without instruments (a cappella singing). He’ll teach songs which are easy to learn and full of harmony, that create community, build self-confidence and open the channels of our awareness of God, other people and the beauty of creation.
There will be singing sessions on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus the opportunity for a singing walk on Saturday afternoon, finishing with a thoroughly musical communion service together on Sunday. The weekend is open to singers of all standards (including those who feel they can’t sing!) and you don’t need to read music to join in, as everything is taught by ear.
