About the event
Explore your faith through creativity in the peaceful surroundings of Foxhill.
Using a variety of materials - inks, paints, collage, writing and more - we’ll add pages to our journals and decorate them as we reflect on bible verses on the theme of Light.
The retreat begins with a short act of worship introducing the theme, followed by a gentle introduction to art journaling. No previous art experience is needed, and all materials will be provided. If you’d like to bring anything personal to use, you’re very welcome to do so.
There will be space for reflection, prayer, music and quiet time - a chance to rest, explore, and draw closer to God. Each person’s journal will be unique, and you’ll be able to continue working on your creations at home. Foxhill offers excellent hospitality and a beautiful setting to nourish both body and soul.
