Now that I'm free to be myself, who am I? (Mary Oliver)

Led by Andrew and Wendy Rudd

29th April 4.00pm - 30th April 4.00pm

£90pp - Includes en-suite accommodation, meals and refreshments

Mary Oliver's line resonates with us when we find ourselves in times of change.

This residential retreat is a unique opportunity to explore our own life journey creatively. It will allow us to take a breath, and reflect on what is happening to us - and begin to discern what might be emerging in our lives.

It will feature short introductory reflections - not just talks, but music poetry and art as well. There will be opportunity and support for personal journaling, and plenty of silent space for reflection, although on this retreat, meals will not be taken in silence.

Andrew and Wendy are experienced in spiritual accompaniment and will also be available for individual conversations,

Wendy finds God in the ordinary and natural world. She loves to engage in intuitive art as a way of exploring the spiritual dimension of life. Accompanying others on their spiritual journey is something she finds both a privilege and a joy.

Andrew is a poet, teacher of spirituality, creative writing and poetry. He is currently poet in residence at Manchester Cathedral. He has found the process of reflection essential in his own life, and loves accompanying others in their searching.
