Retreats

1st - 3rd November - Thriving Through Change

Hosted by Bishop Chris Edmondson

£145 includes en-suite room, all meals and refreshments

Many people find dealing with change difficult, whether at work, in personal circumstances, health or attitude- especially when it's forced on us. Using a variety of means including Biblical reflection, discussion, prayer ministry and personal space, Bishop Chris will show how we cannot just survive change, but thrive and grow in and through the process. The retreat begins with lunch on Wednesday, and finishes after lunch on Friday.

24th - 26th November - Coming to Life in Advent * Fully Booked *

Hosted by Bishop Libby Lane

£145 includes en-suite room, all meals and refreshments

Using poetry, music and contemplative silence, this retreat draws on scripture and imagination to help us see ourselves and engage in our world afresh. Bishop Libby says: "As the embryo Jesus 'quickens' in his mother's womb, we attend to our own coming to life as children of God and to our own awakening to the world made new." The retreat begins with dinner on Friday, and finishes after lunch on Sunday.

Please contact Foxhill if you would like to join the waiting list.

The event is free and includes lunch, but booking is essential.
